Exhibition Center Project
The proposed Hotel, Convention, and International Trade Exhibition Center is located within the historical
boundary of the well known "Paterson City Waterfall". The site has a total land area of about 494,426.60
square feet. The "Paterson Waterfall" Hotel site is in a higher elevation, that when the 22 storey hotel
building is completed it will be a towering structure, that is attractive from afar.
The Hotel is designed as a "cocoon" shaped 18-storey tower sitting in a 4-storey podium, or a total of
22 storey hotel building. As a "silk city" the proponent and its Architect have though of a "cocoon" as a
true reflection of the City's History. The Hotel Project's conceptual design is a product of making the City
as a tourist attraction and an investment destination.
