The former William Strange Mill of Paterson's Silk Industry is in the midst of an adaptive reuse conversion to 240 market rate loft residential units. While preserving the building's exterior historic structure and character, the interiors will feature modern day materials and amenities to include high ceilings, spacious layouts on two floors, private parking, energy efficient appliances and elevators, in addition to an on-site superintendent.
