  2. NO WARRANTY OF DATA: no express or implied warranty or guaranty is provided as to accuracy, completeness, or any other aspect of the data; and

  3. NO WARRANTY OF SYSTEM: no express or implied warranty or guaranty is provided as to continuous or error-free functioning of this Search System; and

  4. NO WARRANTY AGAINST VIRUSES: no express or implied warranty or guaranty is provided that this site or its data will be free of viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other hazards to software or hardware of the user or others; and

  5. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND: no express or implied warrantee or guarantee of any kind is provided; and

  6. TAMPERING TO BE PROSECUTED: unauthorized attempts to upload information or change the database may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and user data may be used to identify the perpetrator; and

  7. DATA IS COPYRIGHTED: all site information is copyrighted an intended for   the user's private non-commercial use; other uses are strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of the City of Paterson; and

  8. LOGOS AND FACILITY NAMES ARE TRADEMARKED: all logos and     facility names for the City of Paterson, its Departments, Divisions, and affiliates are trademarks and/or service marks, and may not be used without the prior written permission of the City of Paterson; and

  9. USER WAIVES RIGHT TO SUE FOR HARM ARISING OUT OF SYSTEM USE, AND MUST DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD THE CITY HARMLESS: visitors and users of this Search System agree to defend, indemnify, and waive the right to sue the City of Paterson, its officers, employees, agents and assignees for harm arising out of or relating to use of  this Search System, even if harm is allegedly intentional, reckless or grossly negligent, and regardless of type or extent of damage, to the extent permitted by New Jersey law.
