The Personnel Division for the City of Paterson is responsible for several components in keeping the City running smoothly. Some of the processes we are responsible for are listed below.
- The City's Employment Process;
- Ensuring the City is in compliance with all State & Federal laws;
- Employee Benefit Administration; and
- Administering the City's payroll.
Also we are actively involved in the negotiations of contracts with the current 19 unions at the City.
